HR Days is an annual conference in the field of human resource management attended by renowned experts from around the world. This two day event consists of lectures, round tables and workshops which give participants the opportunity to exchange ideas and network.

The Regional Job fair is the largest online job fair in Croatia and the region. The fair traditionally takes place in October in collaboration with partners from the region, including Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, North Macedonia, and Slovenia.

Annual survey done by MojPosao job portal which determines who are, according to public perception, the most attractive employers on Croatian labour market and what are the preferences of potential employees.

Annual selection of best practices in the field of human resources management, for which companies voluntarily nominate their projects. These are projects that companies from the region have implemented in their operations and thus increased the quality of their employees' work and business results. The prize has been awarded since 2010 as part of the HR Days conference, and more than 300 different projects participated in the selection.
